These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website provixano.com (hereinafter, the “Site”), operated by Provixano Servicios Educativos S.R.L., Tax ID 30-71785234-9, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office A, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. By using the Site you expressly accept these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides educational, informational and outreach content on personal finance, the Argentine economy and social programmes. It does not constitute financial intermediation, personalised investment advice or a public offering of securities.
2. Nature of the information
All information published is general and educational in nature. It does not replace individualised professional advice. Provixano does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or ongoing validity of its content, which may be updated without prior notice.
3. No financial services
Provixano is not a financial entity, a brokerage firm, an agent registered with the National Securities Commission (CNV) or the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA). It does not manage, hold in custody or intermediate user funds. It does not make public offerings within the meaning of Law 26.831.
4. Permitted use
The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law, morality and public order. It is prohibited to use the Site for fraudulent purposes, impersonate other persons, attempt to compromise its security, reproduce content without authorisation or carry out practices that could harm Provixano or third parties.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, graphics, logos, source code and other content of the Site are owned by Provixano or used under licence. Personal, non-commercial use with attribution is permitted. Any reproduction, distribution or public communication requires prior written authorisation.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites included for informational purposes. Provixano does not control nor is it responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Provixano is not liable for direct or indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from the use of the Site or from the financial decisions made by the user. The user is solely responsible for the decisions made based on the published information.
8. Data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and by Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Provixano may modify these Terms at any time. The version in force will be the one published on the Site, including its update date.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to the consumer's non-waivable right to the jurisdiction of his or her domicile.
