At Provixano Servicios Educativos S.R.L. (hereinafter, “Provixano”) we protect the personal data of those who interact with our website provixano.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, retain and share your personal information, in compliance with Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the additional regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly when subscribing to our newsletter or contacting us: name and email address. In addition, through cookies and similar technologies, we collect technical data such as IP address, device identifiers, browser type, language and visited pages. We do not collect sensitive data or financial account information.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to: (i) send you the newsletter and the educational materials you request; (ii) reply to your enquiries; (iii) measure site performance and improve user experience; (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations. The legal basis for processing is your free, express and informed consent, in accordance with article 5 of Law 25.326.
4. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described. Subscription data is retained while the subscription remains active and for a maximum of five (5) years from the last interaction. Cookie-related data is retained according to the timeframes described in our Cookie Policy.
5. Recipients
Your data may be processed by vendors acting as data processors (email delivery services, web hosting and analytics), who are contractually bound to comply with this policy and Law 25.326. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. International transfers
Some vendors are located outside Argentina (European Union and United States). Transfers are made to countries considered adequate by the AAIP or are supported by contractual clauses that guarantee an adequate level of protection.
7. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your personal data, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to privacidad@provixano.com. You also have the right to file complaints with the AAIP (Av. Pte. Gral. Julio A. Roca 710, Buenos Aires).
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. However, no Internet transmission is completely secure.
9. Minors
Our services are intended for users over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has provided us with data without authorisation, we will delete it.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. We will notify you of relevant changes on the website and, where appropriate, by email.
